It is optimal for spring-operated, hydraulic release brake mechanisms and load sensing control. Its compact size makes it easy to integrate into load sensing compensators. Each valve is designed for reliable operation and undergoes 100% flow and leakage testing to maintain consistent performance over the long term. The shuttle valve does not require special designs such as threaded machining of the manifold or the use of O-rings for sealing. The valve is inserted into a hole drilled in the manifold block, and by driving the expansion pin pre-inserted into the valve into the valve body, it is sealed and adheres to the manifold. This mounting method has a proven track record in aircraft and automobiles. It is made entirely of stainless steel, featuring low leakage and a maximum operating pressure of 28 MPa.
